I saw this idea from another teacher.
She didn't grade with a red pen. She graded each subject with a different color marker. I thought it was really neat and the kids liked it. Has anyone used markers to grade?
That's a great idea. I usually just try to use any color BUT red, since red has been given such a negative connotation. ;) I like the color coded idea though!
